A Savory Low-Cal Snack
I keep the ingredients on hand in the fridge at work, to avoid the temptation of junk food





INGREDIENTS
  • Celery sticks, cauliflower or other raw veggies
  • Dijon mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place a tablespoon or so of the dijon mustard onto the side of a dinner plate.
  • Pour 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil on top
  • Add a few drops of lemon juice if you like
  • Stir it all together with one of the celery sticks or other veggies
  • Heap the plate with all the remaining veggies
  • Dip the veggies in the sauce and eat to your heart's content
  • Optional:  Return to your desk to eat this, as I do, and scandalize the office with your detestable virtuousness :)
