INGREDIENTS
- Celery sticks, cauliflower or other raw veggies
- Dijon mustard
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place a tablespoon or so of the
dijon mustard onto the side of a dinner plate.
- Pour 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil on
top
- Add a few drops of lemon juice if
you like
- Stir it all together with
one of the celery sticks or other veggies
- Heap the plate with all
the remaining veggies
- Dip the veggies in the
sauce and eat to your heart's content
- Optional: Return to your desk to eat
this, as I do, and scandalize the office with your detestable
virtuousness :)
